While new capital continues to flood the legal finance market, the process of applying for and securing funding remains a mystery to most. All too often, claimants and law firms engage in an inefficient search for funding, spending months at a time with a single capital source only to end up back at square one months later. 

LFA was founded in 2019 by Ted Farrell, an attorney and former Managing Director at a global legal finance firm, to change this paradigm.
